Firm adds Indianapolis Leader Dave Neff as Chief Revenue Officer, promotes Mahmood to CFO.

CARMEL, Ind.- December 03, 2019 – Indiana-based JDA Worldwide, a full-service advertising and communications agency, has announced the launch of a new parent company, Prolific. A strategic growth and consulting firm, Prolific will provide strategic growth planning, management consulting services, and growth capital investments to emerging and national brands seeking to maximize revenue and impact.

With a track record of helping business leaders grow for the last three decades, CEO Brad Benbow is eager for the difference Prolific will make for underserved markets and organizations. “For years, regional and smaller national companies have lacked the fire power to compete nationally. We intend to implement practices that allow them to scale, capture more market share, and realize a greater fulfillment of their mission.”

The decision to create Prolific, with partners King Lumpkin and Tyler Hernly, comes at a time when many advertising agencies across the country are merging with management consulting firms such as McKinsey, Deloitte, Bain & Co. and Accenture. Prolific will focus its practices around strategic growth planning, management consulting, sales and marketing, research and data, and growth capital investments.

“Our purpose is simple. We seek out leaders with high vision and high values that have a special purpose in our world. Then, we work hard to maximize their organization’s impact and value. If our clients win, we win, and the world wins” says Benbow.

Benbow, an Indiana-native and Wabash College graduate, co-founded Rutter Communications in 1987. After growing the brand into 17 markets across the country, Rutter Co. sold to Comcast in 2005. JDA Worldwide, co-founded by Benbow in 2003, was named the #2 Fastest Growing Company on the Indianapolis Business Journal’s Fast 25 in 2017.

“The leadership at Prolific intimately understood our desire to grow our top line revenue, but not lose sight of our mission and purpose,” said Morales Group President Seth Morales. “Their partnership was strategic, creative, and growth-focused, and we’re confident that the implementation of their recommendations will yield strong results.”

Prolific has also announced the addition of Indianapolis native Dave Neff as the company’s Chief Revenue Officer. Neff most recently served as President and CEO of EDGE Mentoring and previously worked with Pacers Sports & Entertainment and ExactTarget (Salesforce, NYSE: CRM). Additionally, Prolific has promoted Almera Mahmood to Chief Financial Officer. Mahmood comes to Prolific with significant finance and management consulting experience, previously working with Allegion (NYSE: ALLE) as well as Accenture (NYSE: ACN).
